At Chantelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
